Before you start
Is there a fee per report, inspection or invoice issued?
No. The price is flat per month and depends only on the plan, the number of users and, on the custom plan, the modules turned on.
Complete or custom?
The complete plan includes every module for your industry at a flat price. The custom plan starts cheaper for those who use few modules; once the total exceeds the complete plan, the complete plan is the better deal.
Do I still need to pay for invoicing software?
With the Invoices module, the NFS-e (Brazilian service invoice) is issued from the system itself, in the national standard. You upload your CNPJ's A1 digital certificate on the system screen, and invoices received are retrieved automatically too.
Who counts as a user?
Every team member with a login: management, admin staff and technicians. Client access to the portal, where available, does not count.
How does the free trial work?
You build the system, choose the modules and register Pix or a card, with no charge. You use it for 7 days, and the first monthly payment is only due at the end of the trial.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Each client has its own database, and the data belongs to your company. The rules are in the Terms of Use.
